For added confidence against hacks and slashes, each sleeve includes segmented dual-density foam padding that provides 3" x 3" coverage over the wrist area. Its design moves naturally with your arm, and the left/right markings make it easy to gear up correctly. Plus, they are removable, so you can wash the sleeves between uses.
